Mike Collado is the co-founder and principal consultant of Mindshare Advisors where he architects go-to-market strategies, product launches, thought leadership, and branding initiatives to help clients to stand out from the competition and become trusted resources.
Prior to starting Mindshare Advisors, Mike held leadership and senior-level positions at Corning and SOLiD where, as part of a leadership team, the company’s revenue grew from $6M to $75M over 5 years. He was also the first marketing hire at MobileAccess Networks which was later acquired by Corning.
Mike helped launch the Safer Buildings Coalition, a public-safety advocacy industry association, and was the visionary and a content contributor for the indoor public-safety communications eBook, The Imperative. He and Scott Gregory also defined and developed problem-solution scenarios to address the “Middleprise” in-building wireless market segment which is a term now used throughout the wireless industry.
Mike has served on multiple industry association advisory boards, and is an author, blogger and frequent speaker at industry conferences and webinars. He is also a cycling aficionado.

Before Mindshare Advisors, Scott provided market research and intelligence, developed strategic plans, and deployed integrated results-based marketing programs to address both short and long-term business objectives as a senior-level marketer at Tessco, Spirent and SOLiD. He is also the co-founder of MansiSpeed, a specialty aftermarket automotive components company.
Scott has driven industry awareness and thought leadership for ensuring the connected world indoors through visionary concepts including Extreme Edge Connectivity to bring together people, places and things to achieve smart buildings, and Better Buildings | Better Business to increase the number of buildings in which public-safety workers and first responders can communicate during an emergency. He and Mike Collado also coined the term “Middleprise” to define the mid-sized enterprise market segment in need of indoor cellular connectivity and collaborated on the indoor public-safety communications eBook, The Imperative.
